Our Commitment to You

Thank you for ordering with us. We aim to deliver quality food and excellent service every time you place an order.

As food is prepared fresh to order, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed and payment completed. However, we understand that mistakes can happen.

A refund or replacement may be provided only in the following situations:

  • The order was incorrect, incomplete, or not delivered due to our error.
  • The food was not in satisfactory condition upon delivery (e.g., spoiled or damaged packaging).

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery or pickup at mjsjurmana@gmail.com with your order number, details, and photo evidence (if applicable).

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after verification.

Please note that orders cancelled after preparation has begun or after dispatch are not eligible for refunds.
